Truffled brandy is characterised by its intense and distinctive fragrance.
It is made with high quality brandy and 10% fresh Tuber Melanosporum, also known as black truffle.
It can be used in different culinary fields such as the preparation of stews and meat sauces. It can also be used in the preparation of desserts (chocolates, biscuits…).
Ingredients: Brandy 36º and Tuber Melanosporum (ba=black truffle).
